Ghosts

The subject of ghosts has intrigued man throughout the ages, and the question of whether they are real or merely a hallucination of the mind can easily be settled with logic and scripture. There is an abundance of video footage and photographs which clearly show ghost activity, therefore hallucination of the mind can be ruled out because the mechanical eye of a camera will not take psychology, bringing us to the absolute conclusion that ghosts are indeed real.

Furthermore, it is important to separate ghost activity from that of demonic activity. Ghosts and demons are spirits, but a ghost is a spirit of a dead person, whereas a demon is an evil spirit that once dwelt in a body as an angel in Heaven before being cast out with Lucifer according to Revelation 12: 7 - 9. Jesus Himself acknowledged the existence of ghosts in Luke 24: 36 - 39: And as they thus spake, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you. But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had seen a spirit. And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and why do thoughts arise in your hearts? Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have. Jesus did not rebuke His disciples for believing in ghosts when they thought they had seen a spirit, but instead He acknowledged their existence and confirmed that they are real although void of flesh and bone.

There are many other details to be considered when examining the subject of ghosts, and these details will be covered in other articles as the subject matter presents itself; however, for the purpose of simplicity, it can be established that ghosts are indeed very real.
